Our Adoption Application

To be considered for the opportunity to adopt a Pomsky from our litters, you must first complete the Puppy Adoption Application below. Once you complete the Application we will contact you to further discuss your application & any further questions.  Our Pomsky puppy pick positions are determined by the time and date of deposit following acceptance of your application. 
 If we deny your application due to our own determination as to the potential suitability, safety and overall well-being of the dog, we will notify you by email right away.
